THREE HAIKUS


A haiku is a form of Japanese poetry. A haiku has a specific structure:
  • 1st line: 5 syllables
  • 2nd line: 7 syllables
  • 3rd line: 5 syllables

easily impressed,
people laugh even though the 
haiku's not funny



Your assignment:

1. Write three haikus.
2. Subjects: 1) Autumn, 2) Music, 3) Free subject

Portfolio

Once you have completed all texts, it's time to choose the five you think are your best ones and to create a portfolio.
